Incubation Workshops

Incubation Terms and MoUs

  • Purpose: defines support, responsibilities, and fair‑use during incubation.
  • IP: founders retain IP unless a separate written addendum is signed.
  • Confidentiality: submissions and reviews are confidential; public use only with team consent.
  • Facilities: time‑bound lab access under safety and usage policy; liable for damage/misuse.
  • Funding: micro‑grants/credits may be offered; no equity by default unless separately agreed.
  • Reviews: milestone reviews govern continuation; graduation on meeting deliverables.
  • Conduct: follow code of conduct, safety, and institute policies.
  • Disputes: escalate to Incubation Committee per policy.
  • Access: full documents available on request to selected teams/partners.
